About the Role

We are looking for a Web Frontend Engineer to join our team at Commencis. This role involves the complete lifecycle of scalable, secure, and well-designed software products from research and design to implementation. You will work closely with designers, analysts, quality assurance, and other teams to translate designs into real-life products.

Key Responsibilities

→Designing and developing Web Front-end software components based on core and client product specifications
→Maintaining and extending the functionality of existing Web Front-end software components
→Documenting the software components
→Implementing the unit tests
→Making architectural decisions in enterprise projects
→Improving the coding standards and processes within the team
→Following up on new technologies and implementing them in projects
→Mentoring in the web frontend development team through code reviews, pair programming, and internal trainings

Requirements

✓5+ years of web development experience
✓Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Next.js
✓Proficiency in modern CMS platforms, such as Kontent.ai or Strapi
✓Strong understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with GEO-specific optimizations
✓Ability to architect and deliver scalable, performant, and user-centric web solutions end-to-end
