About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Revenue-Cycle Management team at Commure. You will play a pivotal role in defining critical business processes across the organization and ensure efficient execution of client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure efficient and timely execution of client onboarding from project initiation to launch
- →Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional customer experience
- →Contribute to designing and implementing systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency
- →Break down challenging business problems and own execution and outcomes
- →Oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics
- →Drive operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rate
- →Understand the business to proactively solve emerging problems
- →40-50% travel required
Requirements
- ✓Experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
- ✓Comfortable working with data and proficiency in SQL + Excel
- ✓Expertise in project management with experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Energized by people and love interacting with customers
- ✓Truth seeker who is relentless in searching for truth and understanding customer requests
- ✓Humble confidence to lead client meetings and discuss difficult subjects
- ✓Comfortable working in an autonomous environment with the ability to prioritize and identify blockers
- ✓Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success
- ✓Commitment to delivering customer value by understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with Commure's best practices
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams
- ✓Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for the Implementation team
- ✓Proficient in Retool, Google Suite is a plus
- ✓Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space is a bonus
