About the Role

Commure is seeking talented engineers to join our Ambient Agents team, revolutionizing healthcare technology by building agents that automate core components of healthcare workflows. This role involves scaling our agent stack to the next level and working on important, exciting problems in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

→Work closely with engineering teams to tackle technical challenges in building efficient and scalable software
→Lead the design, development, deployment, and iterations of complex features
→Enhance and evolve Commure’s product architecture
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement solutions
→Promote product development best practices and mentor other software engineers
→Stay current with emerging industry trends and technology

Requirements

✓B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
✓4+ years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products
✓Experience leading complex projects from start to finish
✓Ability to write readable, testable, and supportable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js
✓Experience with LLM applications and RAG tooling
✓Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and technologies
✓Experience with security tooling in SDLC and Security by Design principles
