About the Role
Comply is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Sales Organization. This role combines deep knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory frameworks with technical expertise to help financial institutions manage their compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to drive new business and cross-sell opportunities
- →Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand their compliance challenges
- →Translate regulatory and operational requirements into tailored software solutions
- →Configure and deliver engaging product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts
- →Prepare technical sales collateral, deliver webinars, and support RFP responses
- →Collaborate with Product Management teams to communicate client feedback
- →Stay informed about evolving regulatory frameworks including SEC, FINRA, CFTC/NFA
- →Visit prospect/client sites and attend remote sessions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in compliance or compliance-related function within a financial institution
- ✓If RegTech experience, must be in a client-facing role
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt demo narratives
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
