About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join the CP team at Confluent. This role involves driving advancements in the CP charter and maintaining high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for designing and building the necessary technology to uphold these standards and integrate the latest K8S ecosystem into our CFK.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with a team of engineers to evolve the Confluent Platform
- →Influence the overall domain health and operational hygiene for the Confluent Platform
- →Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and leads
- →Provide timely and productive feedback to team members
- →Create and manage processes that enable the team to do its best work
- →Lead the technology charter in Confluent Platform
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
- ✓Experience building and operating large-scale systems
- ✓Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development
- ✓Solid understanding of basic systems operations (disk, network, operating systems, etc)
- ✓Experience running production services in the cloud
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
