About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Tech Lead to further develop the Connecteam platform. You will join one of our Fullstack teams and help build a product that customers love and use daily, ensuring it is fun, fast, reliable, and scalable. The product serves over 1.5M active users, presenting many product and engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead complex projects and own technical roadmap and architecture decisions
- βContribute high-quality code to critical areas and set standards for the team
- βDrive tech standards, lead testing coverage, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellence before shipping
- βOwn platform stability, lead major incidents, drive root cause analysis, and action items
- βCoach team through code reviews, technical sessions, and content
- βLead the teamβs technical roadmap
- βConduct technical interviews, run onboarding, and represent the team in cross-functional forums
Requirements
- β7+ years of experience working with frontend and backend technologies at scale
- βExperience as a tech lead mentoring teams to deliver higher quality code
- βExperience developing a backend service in Python
- βExperience developing a robust frontend in React
- βExperience with a wide variety of technical tools such as different DB types, queues, design patterns, and architectures
- βAbility to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions
- βExperience scaling services to millions of users
- βUnderstanding of web technology, constraints, and UI/UX
- βExperience with State Management libraries (mobx, redux)
