Connecteam is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join their creative team in Tel Aviv. This role involves taking charge of complex design projects and ensuring the company's visual identity remains consistent and premium.
Key Responsibilities
- →End-to-End Execution: Manage complex design projects from concept to final delivery.
- →Evolving the Brand: Work with the creative team to maintain a fresh and premium visual identity.
- →Digital & Physical Assets: Design high-converting digital assets and immersive physical experiences for global conferences.
- →Collaborative Partnership: Partner with Content, Events, HR, and Product Marketing teams.
- →Design Excellence: Ensure all design work is polished and on-brand.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in marketing design at a product company, startup, or agency.
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital marketing work, strong typography, and layout skills.
- ✓Degree in Visual Communication or Graphic Design.
- ✓High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- ✓Experience with both digital assets and physical/print production.
- ✓Experience in B2B or SaaS.
- ✓Excellent English communication skills.
- ✓Motion design / After Effects skills / AI tools – Advantage.
