About the Role
The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming complex business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capability, expertise in Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for internal business stakeholders.
- →Translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights through visualization and analytics.
- →Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and clarify reporting requirements.
- →Write complex SQL queries and optimize data models using Snowflake.
- →Work with DBT for data transformation, modeling, and pipeline development.
- →Analyze and track key operational metrics to support performance visibility and business operations.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- ✓Strong experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
- ✓Proficiency in Snowflake and writing complex SQL queries.
- ✓Hands-on experience with DBT for modeling and transformations.
- ✓Solid understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- ✓Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- ✓Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to dynamic business environments.
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
