About the Role
ConnectWise is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital paid media programs. This role will own the strategy and execution of display and Connected TV campaigns while supporting paid search, paid social, and review sites.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the setup, execution, and optimization of display and Connected TV campaigns across programmatic and direct platforms.
- →Manage audience targeting, creative trafficking, budget pacing, and performance monitoring for display and CTV initiatives.
- →Partner with senior managers to support campaign launches across paid social, paid search, and review site platforms.
- →Assist in campaign builds, QA, keyword uploads, audience segmentation, and ad creative implementation.
- →Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to improve key metrics.
- →Support A/B testing initiatives across creative, targeting, and landing page experiences.
- →Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Web teams for accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution.
- →Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and budget trackers.
- →Provide performance insights and reporting summaries.
- →Stay informed on digital advertising best practices and emerging platform capabilities.
- →Evaluate and test emerging search and AI-driven advertising formats.
Requirements
- ✓Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic display platforms.
- ✓Familiarity with Connected TV advertising and display campaign setup.
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
- ✓Understanding of core paid media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and return on investment.
- ✓Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- ✓Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams.
- ✓Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.
- ✓Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- ✓2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media.
- ✓Experience supporting campaign execution across multiple paid channels.
- ✓B2B marketing experience is a plus.
