About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for Customer Experience and AI at Constant Contact. This role involves being the strategic leader for critical retention initiatives, focusing on customer engagement and retention through AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive customer happiness by showing customer value and reducing friction on the path to value
- →Deliver against retention metrics including Net Revenue Retention, product engagement, and NPS
- →Embed AI thoughtfully into the product experience to create a seamless and intelligent helper
- →Champion AI-assisted product development practices across research, prototyping, and iteration
- →Collaborate across the organization with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success/support
- →Mentor PMs and cross-functional partners to raise the bar on product thinking
- →Communicate strategies and tradeoffs to executives with clarity and conviction
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, ideally in SMB
- ✓Understanding of how to deploy LLMs in production environments
- ✓Sharp eye for how AI should interact with users
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and the C-suite
- ✓Metrics-driven approach with a focus on hitting aggressive targets
- ✓Genuine care for the success of small businesses
- ✓Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or PLG
- ✓Direct experience with prompt engineering or RAG pipelines
- ✓Background in growth-focused initiatives
