About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Mobilization team at Constellation, an independent research center focused on AI safety. This role involves owning scoped programs and workstreams to help get talent into AI safety roles.
Key Responsibilities
- βRun the logistics and coordination of fellowship application cycles
- βSupport placement of fellows and other talent into roles across the AI safety ecosystem
- βBuild and maintain guides, frameworks, and curated resources for navigating the AI safety ecosystem
- βManage operational systems and identify process gaps
- βCoordinate with field-building organizations on shared logistics and initiatives
Requirements
- β2β5 years of experience in program management, consulting, talent, or a related field
- βAbility to own work from start to finish with some supervision
- βStrong interpersonal judgment and ability to build trust quickly
- βThink in systems but stay grounded in execution
- βCommunicate clearly and warmly to various audiences
- βInterest in AI's transformative effects and desire to help build infrastructure
