About the Role
The HR Business Partner serves as the central point of contact for all HR matters within their area of responsibility, supporting both managers and employees. This role involves providing expert HR advice, developing solutions, and executing implementation plans to ensure high-quality HR work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Enable both short-term and long-term strategy of local business clients in line with corporate policies
- →Guide employees and supervisors in HR-related matters, supporting decision-making and acting as a consultant
- →Ensure consistent application and compliance of defined HR policies, programs, and procedures
- →Identify gaps, propose changes, and implement necessary adjustments to cover risks
- →Maintain collaboration with all stakeholders
- →Accompany and implement change projects in the area of responsibility
- →Introduce and implement new HR-related services, systems, and processes
- →Act as a role model of company values and culture
- →Drive sourcing and selection of best-fit candidates
- →Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- →Act as a talent scout and drive talent management through succession planning
- →Support managers and employees in talent and performance management processes
- →Drive competency management by identifying gaps and proposing training measures
- →Execute Job Evaluation based on local policies
- →Consult on Compensation Policies, Programs, Benefits, and Pensions
- →Steer and facilitate annual Salary Review
- →Serve as a single point of contact for all HR topics not covered by Shared Services
- →Ensure effective HR processes by collaborating with HR Operations
- →Ensure employee data accuracy and quality of audit-related records
- →Continuously evaluate performance using defined KPIs and Operating Figures
Requirements
