About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our MENA region. This role will serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with policies and driving HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation
- →Coordinate talent and performance management processes
- →Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
- →Prepare HR documents including contracts and certificates
- →Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes
- →Implement new HR systems, tools, and processes
- →Lead site-specific HR projects
- →Coordinate external office services to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- ✓Strong knowledge of HR policies, standards, and legal requirements
