About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for data & analytics solutions in the Sustainability domain. This role involves leading product management with an end-to-end perspective and acting as the central interface between business stakeholders and the IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the product management for data & analytics solutions across the domain Sustainability
- →Act as the central interface between business stakeholders and the IT organization
- →Translate business needs into actionable, scalable solution designs
- →Coordinate end-to-end implementation from backlog management to validation and go-live
- →Ensure stable operations and ongoing enhancement in close collaboration with business key users
Requirements
- ✓Understand business processes and strategic goals in Sustainability
- ✓Translate needs into robust data & analytics solution concepts
- ✓Lead and support various stages in the data & analytics product lifecycle
- ✓Engage with business stakeholders, data owners, IT system owners, and internal specialists
- ✓Secure approvals and alignments with legal, compliance, and governance functions
- ✓Lead backlog creation and refinement based on the approved solution design
- ✓Coordinate delivery by data engineers, BI developers, ML/AI engineers, and other relevant specialists
- ✓Coordinate business validation and user testing with key stakeholders
- ✓Ensure smooth go-live and monitor solution performance and user adoption
- ✓Serve as the first point of contact for business key users on solution enhancements
- ✓Manage change requests and continuously evolve the solution based on business priorities
