About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to develop and manage the Consumer & Fleet business in South-East Romania. This role involves strategic sales development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop sales to direct and indirect customers including wholesalers, retailers, and networks
→Improve customer portfolio and product profitability according to company goals
→Monitor customer activity in terms of volumes, Share of Business (SOB), stock level, and credit risk
→Estimate stock size for assigned clients to meet their needs
→Prepare and submit regular activity, sales, and market reports
→Collect market data on existing and potential customers, marketing, and competitors
→Identify and describe new sales and development opportunities
→Implement approved sales strategy on assigned territory and clients
→Understand client needs and provide excellent service

Requirements

✓Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in consumer or fleet business
✓Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management
✓Excellent analytical and reporting skills
✓Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
✓Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓Understanding of inventory management and stock optimization
