About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our SAP HR systems globally. This role involves administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP HR systems while ensuring security and integration with cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer SAP HR systems including configuration, performance tuning, and optimization
- →Maintain system security and authorization protocols
- →Integrate SAP systems with cloud services
- →Coordinate with global Basis team, IT competence centers, and HR IT Team
- →Manage services with data center providers
- →Provide technical support for business units and competence centers
- →Coordinate with HR IT for SAP system requirements
- →Support SAP implementation, improvement, and upgrade activities
- →Maintain documentation and technical reviews
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SAP HR systems administration
- ✓Knowledge of SAP configuration and performance tuning
- ✓Understanding of system security and authorization
- ✓Experience with SAP cloud services integration
- ✓Familiarity with IT guidelines and standards
- ✓Ability to coordinate with global teams
