Dann bewirb dich zum nächstmöglichen Starttermin (Mai/ Juni 2026) auf dieses (Pflicht-)Praktikum in Hannover-Stöcken. Für die bestmögliche Lernerfahrung sollte das Praktikum eine Dauer von 4-6 Monate umfassen. Eine Kombination aus freiwilligem und verpflichtendem Praktikum ist möglich. Ebenfalls ist eine anteilige Remote-Arbeit nach Absprache möglich.
Deine Aufagben:
• Werde Teil unseres globalen Netzwerkes: Durch engen Austausch mit unseren Ansprechpartnern in den Reifenwerken und den Fachbereichen
• Unterstütze unsere internationalen Projekte: z.B. durch eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Arbeitspaketen
• Unterstütze das Team bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung globaler Standards in den Bereichen Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding
• Hinterlasse Eindruck, wenn es um das Erstellen von Präsentationen, Analysen, oder Dokumentationen geht 
• Du unterstützt bei der Koordination und Weiterentwicklung unseres globalen Traineeprogramms und wirkst bei der Betreuung unseres internationalen Trainee-Pools mit
