About the Role
We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on defining and ensuring all eCommerce activities for the segment in alignment with the segment's strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelops the specific eCommerce strategy, creates concepts, plans, and executes the resulting Digital Roadmap
- βAnalyzes eCommerce and digitalization market trends and competition activities
- βDefines webshop upgrades and improvements based on customer feedback
- βExecutes customer trainings, Onboarding, and engagement on the webshop
- βMaintains the timeliness and accuracy of material data for the webshop
