About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled FinOps Cloud Consultant to join our team and help optimize cloud financial operations. This role focuses on bridging the gap between identifying financial cloud optimization opportunities and implementing necessary changes to ensure cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement FinOps best practices to align cloud costs with business objectives and budgets
- →Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders, providing insights into cost trends and forecasts
- →Work closely with Controlling community to allocate costs origin-based
- →Identify opportunities for cost savings through rightsizing, reserved instances, and architectural improvements
- →Establish and enforce policies for cloud resource usage and financial accountability
- →Work with Local IT, Engineering, and finance teams to implement approved recommendations
- →Provide guidance on budgeting and forecasting for hybrid environments
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of AWS/Azure
- ✓Experience with FinOps practices and financial governance
- ✓Ability to drive financial governance across multi-cloud environments
- ✓Understanding of internal design criteria and compliance guidelines
- ✓Experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring servers, storage systems, and backup solutions globally
