About NeueHouse Madison Square Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, NeueHouse Madison Square is a landmark of New York’s creative scene, housed in a historic 1913 industrial building that once served as an auction house. Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the execution of NeueHouse’s digital products for internal teams, members, and external audiences, while also contributing to broader CHG corporate technology initiatives across digital products.This opportunity is suited for someone who has meaningful experience with data analysis and comfort with data models, along with a strong understanding of customer-facing user experience. The right candidate will bring a solid grasp of digital technologies and trends, as well as the ability to effectively manage projects from end to end. What You’ll Do: • Contribute to the product vision and support the development of the roadmap for NeueHouse’s customer-facing and internal tools • Identify opportunities to optimize the user journey across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty stages. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements; balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align on priorities, communicate product vision, and ensure smooth execution across teams. • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements. • Contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and quarterly goals. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality • Track, and analyze KPIs in order to evaluate product success or opportunities for improvement • Conduct research in order to help evaluate software options for various needs What We Look For: • Previous analytical experience, including a background in data science and/or analytics • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working with agile tools, such as Jira • Apply prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) to ensure product decisions align with business goals • Comfortable documenting requirements, decisions, and roadmaps in tools like Confluence or Google Workspace • Understanding of financial metrics (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, customer acquisition cost, and ROI). • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience. • Experience with both user-facing and non-user-facing products. • Ability to balance long-term goals with short-term priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. • Outcome oriented creative problem solver who can identify real obstacles and viable solutions, and works collaboratively to articulate and achieve desired outcomes. Base Salary: Salary Min: $80,000 Salary Max: $90,000 This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
