About the Role
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Convera, the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. This role focuses on enhancing and improving our product through automation testing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the development team to enhance and improve the product
- →Automate testing of UI intensive responsive web applications
- →Automate testing of RESTful APIs
- →Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
- →Utilize tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest-Assured
- →Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- →Use JIRA, Figma, and Confluence for project management and collaboration
- →Follow SDLC processes, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
- →Utilize continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins and Gitlab
Requirements
- ✓Proficient with automation testing of UI intensive responsive web applications
- ✓Experience with automation testing of RESTful APIs
- ✓Knowledge of SQL and Relational databases
- ✓Expertise in JIRA
- ✓Experience with SDLC processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies
- ✓Continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Version Control Systems (Gitlab)
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
- ✓4+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience
- ✓BE. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- ✓Good programming and automation scripting skills in JavaScript or Java
- ✓Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts
- ✓Knowledge of NoSQL and Relational Databases
- ✓Experience with JIRA, Figma, Confluence
- ✓Experience with SDLC processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies
- ✓Continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Version Control Systems (Gitlab)
