About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Business Development Manager to join Convera's Cross-border Sales team in Luxembourg. This role focuses on managing corporate accounts, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities in the Dutch market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Approach business prospects to attract new clients for our Corporate Sales division
- →Influence clients from finance directors to CEOs of large corporations
- →Consult with clients on currency requirements, risk profile, and payment solutions
- →Perform market analysis and attend on and offline events
- →Manage the full sales-cycle up to client on-boarding
- →Collaborate with colleagues from different departments
Requirements
- ✓Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity
- ✓Financially astute with knowledge of business needs
- ✓Experience in new business sales consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- ✓Experience using consultative selling and customer acquisition techniques
- ✓Adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships
- ✓Foreign Exchange or Finance knowledge (required)
- ✓Ability to work individually and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Previous experience working towards KPIs and individual targets
