About CookUnity:
Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industryβs best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.
Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.
If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, youβve found the right job posting.

β’ Maintain lifecycle stages, routing, and data hygiene
β’ Define and track funnel KPIs
β’ Identify gaps and proactively improve processes
3. SEO Agency Management

β’ Align on content, landing pages, and technical SEO priorities
β’ Hold agency accountable for traffic, rankings, and inbound leads
β’ Be able to step into SEO shoes and tackle changes when required
4. Smart Fridge Lifecycle & Retention
β’ Drive B2C engagement via Klaviyo and OneSignal
β’ Build real-time triggers for email, SMS, and push notifications
β’ Optimize for weekly active users and repeat usage
5. AI, Automation & Systems
β’ Use AI to generate and optimize lifecycle content at scale
β’ Build automation across Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and OneSignal
β’ Eliminate manual processes and improve system efficiency
6. Reporting & Insights
β’ Own dashboards and reporting across lifecycle and demand gen
β’ Track conversion rates, SQL volume, and pipeline contribution
β’ Deliver insights and executive summaries with clear recommendations
Qualifications:
β’ 3β6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or demand generation
β’ Owner mindset: identify gaps and build scalable systems to solve them
β’ Experience with tools like Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, OneSignal, Zapier, etc.
β’ Strong understanding of the full funnel and conversion across the customer journey
β’ Data-driven, with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact
