About the Role
CookUnity is seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to provide operational oversight and leadership to a growing team. This role involves managing kitchen operations and collaborating across departments to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver strategic operational leadership across all aspects of Kitchen and Marketplace operations
- →Manage, coach, and motivate a team of associates and supervisors
- →Lead growth and development of direct team including performance management
- →Maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting
- →Partner with Supply Chain for accurate ordering of materials
- →Maintain relationships with Local and National purveyors
- →Oversee the Marketplace team to ensure proper sourcing and receiving of ingredients
- →Maintain a work environment that promotes food and team safety
- →Collaborate with chefs on new menu items and recipe accuracy
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of Supervisor or Management experience in Food Manufacturing and/or High Volume Commercial Kitchen
- ✓In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- ✓Servsafe certification or willingness to complete upon hiring
- ✓Proficiency with Google apps
- ✓Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- ✓Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred
