About the Role
You'll be the operational backbone of Coram AI's field marketing in North America, working remotely from India. This role involves planning, logistics, and coordination for trade shows, partner co-marketing programs, and customer engagement events across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- βPlan and project-manage Coram's presence at North American security and technology trade shows, industry conferences, and regional events
- βManage all pre-event logistics from India: booth design, vendor coordination, collateral preparation, swag, shipping, and staffing plans
- βBrief and prepare on-the-ground sales and partnership team members for effective event representation
- βCoordinate real-time support during events across time zones, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution
- βOwn post-event follow-up workflows: lead capture, CRM entry, sales handoff, and attendee nurture sequences
- βTrack and report on event ROI: leads generated, pipeline influenced, and deals sourced from field programs
- βWork with systems integrators, resellers, and technology partners to develop joint marketing programs
- βOrganize customer roundtables, prospect dinners, and executive briefings in key North American markets
Requirements
- β3β5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation at a B2B technology company
- βProven experience planning and managing trade shows, conferences, and marketing events, including managing logistics for events in different geographies or time zones
- βExceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and campaigns
- βExcellent written and verbal communication in English
- βSelf-starter who thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment with a US-based team across time zones
- βData-driven mindset with the ability to measure what matters and tie field activity back to pipeline and revenue
- βWillingness to overlap working hours with US time zones
