Sales Operations Analyst at Corelight

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Corelight. This role is the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine, focusing on ensuring the integrity of our sales funnel and translating raw data into strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• →Act as the primary Salesforce administrator for the sales organization, identifying system inefficiencies and building custom dashboards.
• →Own the end-to-end data integrity of the sales pipeline, conducting weekly audits to ensure data accuracy.
• →Manage and optimize complex lead routing rules and assignment logic, monitoring the "speed to lead" for Inside Sales Reps.
• →Develop and deliver comprehensive data sets for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying trends and presenting actionable recommendations.
• →Lead the creation and maintenance of the Sales Operations "Playbook," designing training materials and leading onboarding sessions.
• →Act as the operational liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure high-quality lead flow and accurate territory mapping.
