About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Developer Relations to build and engage a technical community around CoreWeave's SaaS offerings. This role will act as a bridge between developers and internal teams, translating product capabilities into compelling technical narratives and channeling community feedback back into engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the developer relations strategy to drive awareness and adoption of CoreWeave’s SaaS offerings among AI engineers, researchers, and developers
- →Act as a hands-on technical advocate, producing high-impact content including onboarding guides, tutorials, demos, and blog posts
- →Own and continuously improve the developer onboarding experience, identifying friction in documentation and workflows
- →Build and engage the developer community through events, workshops, and online forums
- →Establish a strong feedback loop and measure impact, synthesizing community insights for internal teams
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in developer relations or related field
- ✓Strong analytical skills to report on success of developer programs
- ✓Self-driven and proactive approach to process improvement
- ✓Experience leading a team of developer advocates and evangelists
- ✓Deep domain expertise in AI/ML platforms and tooling
- ✓Proven track record of building and scaling developer communities
- ✓Exceptional technical storytelling skills
- ✓Experienced public-facing leader and industry voice
