About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join a new team building internal tooling for managing AI datacenter infrastructure. You'll design, build, and own the data layer, APIs, and services that power these tools, helping to model infrastructure at both physical and logical levels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design data models and APIs that capture datacenter infrastructure complexity
- →Build high-throughput API services in Go (gRPC, GraphQL, REST)
- →Develop backend architecture from the ground up
- →Create integrations with internal/external systems
- →Manage deployment and operational infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓Strong proficiency in Go
- ✓Deep experience with PostgreSQL and CockroachDB
- ✓Experience designing APIs (gRPC, GraphQL, REST)
- ✓Proven backend performance optimization skills
- ✓Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response
- ✓5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
