About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CoreWeave, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team. This position involves coordinating and supporting onsite, in-person interviews and managing interview scheduling and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution.
- →Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and aligned with our values.
- →Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse.
- →Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, etc.) are always up to date.
- →Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and onsite support as needed throughout the interview process.
- →Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- ✓Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams.
- ✓Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack.
- ✓Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- ✓Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- ✓Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
