To learn more, visit www.cority.com.  Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, driven FP&A professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will support core financial planning processes, own ARR and SaaS metrics reporting, and play an active role in M&A diligence and integration work. You'll partner closely with senior leadership and PE sponsors to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Planning & Reporting • Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management and the Board • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the business • Maintain and evolve ARR reporting, including bookings, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention metrics • Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, long-range planning, and business performance analysisStrategic & PE Support • Prepare Board and investor materials, including monthly reporting packages for PE sponsors • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis to support key investment and business model decisions • Track and report on operational KPIs and leading indicators tied to business performanceM&A • Support M&A diligence processes, including financial analysis, data room preparation, and target company assessment • Assist with post-acquisition integration, including financial reporting alignment and model consolidationProcess & Tools • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, templates, and automation (Vena, Power BI) • Enable self-serve reporting capabilities across the organization Qualifications: • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments • Strong SaaS fluency — deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and related metrics • Experience supporting or executing M&A processes (diligence, integration, or both) • Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements • Advanced AI and Excel modeling skills; experience with Claude, Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus • Strong communicator — able to distill complex analysis into clear, concise insights for exec and Board audiences • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment What We Offer: • Remote-first work environment with home office and internet allowances • Competitive health, dental, and retirement savings plans (RRSP / 401K) • Annual fitness and training allowances • Access to Udemy, internal development programs, and mentorship opportunities • Mental health support via Calm and Talkspace WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? ·       An opportunity to work in a values-driven, performance oriented, dynamic and growth focused culture ·       We support a remote working environment with a one-time home office allowance and subsidized monthly internet allowance ·       Competitive health benefits, dental plans, and retirement savings plan (RRSP, 401K plan etc.) ·       Annual fitness allowance ·       Mental health support provided through access to Calm Premium meditation app and access to Talkspace ·       Access to Udemy, internal training programs, annual training allowance and certifications (if applicable), and High Talent Programs   Cority is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
