About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize production at our Streetsboro, Ohio facility. This role involves managing people, equipment, and materials to achieve daily and long-term production objectives.

Key Responsibilities

→Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
→Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of products
→Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste
→Lead, mentor, and develop teams across production, shipping, and materials departments
→Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and performance
→Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies
→Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives
→Promote and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts at the facility
→Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team effectiveness
→Prepare and present communications regarding productivity, quality, safety, and other key measures

Requirements

✓Strong leadership, process-oriented, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✓Experience in production management and team leadership
✓Ability to track and analyze key performance indicators
✓Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies
✓Excellent communication and decision-making skills
✓Experience with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance
