About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Designer to join Correlation One and help shape the AI economy through engaging online learning experiences. This role involves designing AI training workshops and programs with measurable impact for learners at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define learning objectives based on client needs and create course outlines
- →Design content and activities that align with learning objectives
- →Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs
- →Manage content development from inception to completion
- →Collaborate with experts and account managers to ensure effective design
- →Provide guidance on best practices of online learning design
- →Develop and grow knowledge of the EdTech and corporate learning landscape
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years experience in Learning or Instructional Designer role
- ✓Experience executing projects aligned with company and client goals
- ✓Expertise in designing corporate training for AI and AI-adjacent topics
- ✓Strong understanding of online learning design, both synchronous and asynchronous
- ✓Data-driven and results-oriented approach
- ✓Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
