About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team at Correlation One. This role involves supporting the management of our live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with Program Managers, Business Operations, and Curriculum teams to complete projects and uncover insights about our data and digital skills training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with the preparation and launch of Correlation One training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication
- →Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run business operations, with a focus on data science and data analytics training programs
- →Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- →Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis on collected product data to uncover actionable insights
- →Complete ad hoc projects related to data science and data analytics training programs
- →Collaborate with internal team to assess and test new products, and build growth strategies
- →Manage live class operations on Saturdays
Requirements
- ✓2+ years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role
- ✓Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency
- ✓Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- ✓Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
- ✓Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
- ✓Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- ✓Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
