About the Role
Cortea is a Berlin-based startup using AI to automate audits. We're seeking a Chief of Staff to join our leadership team and work directly with the Co-Founder to translate vision into operational reality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from conception to completion
- →Own the company’s financial health, managing reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
- →Act as the primary engine behind investor relations and future funding rounds
- →Build repeatable processes and communication loops to scale Cortea toward €100m+ ARR
- →Serve as a proxy for the founders in internal and external meetings
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in high-velocity environments
- ✓Strategic thinking ability combined with the grit to dive into details
- ✓Deep understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, and SaaS metrics
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to distill complex concepts
- ✓High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a "zero-to-one" environment
- ✓Native or professional fluency in both English and German (C1+)
