About the Role
Cotulla Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts across various roles. This part-time role involves sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- →Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- →Work closely with talent acquisition and on-campus leadership
- →Engage in improvement projects to contribute to department objectives
- →Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in Greenhouse ATS
- →Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- →Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- ✓2+ years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
- ✓Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Experience in the aviation industry or technical education sector is a plus
