The Council of the European Union is looking for Translators to join its Estonian, Finnish, German, Hungarian, and Slovak language units in Brussels. You’ll work where Europe’s decisions take shape, translating and revising high-level political and legal texts that shape EU policy and give voice to democracy, law, and diplomacy across 27 Member States.
📍 Location: Brussels 💶 Salary: €5,973/month (AD5 grade) + EU allowances & benefits 🗓 Deadline: 28 November 2025 (12:00 CET) 🎓 Who can apply: EU citizens with a university degree (min. 3 years) and excellent command of English + fluent in Estonian, Finnish, German, Hungarian or Slovak. Knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus
