About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Engineer to join our team at Coupa. This role is central to designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical systems that power our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations, ensuring seamless data flow and a unified customer view.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement sophisticated, high-impact low-code automation solutions using Workato
- →Build robust, end-to-end integration workflows across our GTM technology stack
- →Define and implement reusable integration frameworks for architectural consistency
- →Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design integration architectures supporting analytics
- →Implement proactive error-handling, alerting, and monitoring systems
- →Maintain high-quality technical specifications and architectural diagrams
- →Oversee Workato Workspace administration and governance
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in integration engineering or middleware development
- ✓Proven track record of managing Workato environments and building complex automation recipes
- ✓Expert fluency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats, Webhooks, and modern authentication protocols
- ✓Hands-on experience integrating major enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Zuora, and Jira
- ✓Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices for integrations
- ✓Open to learn, self-motivated, and work-focused
