About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join Coupa, a company that empowers businesses with AI and total spend management platforms. This role involves defining and building products that enable seamless collaboration between customers and suppliers to manage and reduce supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain various product and technical initiatives
- →Architect and develop major areas of Coupa’s SaaS products
- →Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to build new features
- →Participate in operational and code reviews to create robust and maintainable code
- →Work in an agile environment with quick iterations and feedback
- →Continually look for opportunities to improve the platform, process, and business
- →Communicate and coordinate with support and professional services teams to solve customer issues
- →Help scale the platform as the company expands
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
- ✓12+ years of experience building enterprise, SaaS web applications
- ✓Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS
- ✓Hands-on experience building responsive UI, Single Page Applications, and reusable components
- ✓Proven track record of leading and building high-impact, large-scale Web Applications
- ✓Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards, i18n best practices, and cross-browser compatibility
- ✓Passion for keeping up with the latest trends in the Frontend developer community
- ✓Strong knowledge of APIs and integration with the backend
- ✓Experience with DevOps/CICD pipelines
