About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join Coupang Taiwan and help lead business expansion. This is a rare opportunity to participate in Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where customers ask how they would live without Coupang.
Key Responsibilities
- โServe as a user contact window, assisting relevant departments in handling user issues
- โArrange contact with users for problem cases
- โOptimize processes and systems by identifying areas for improvement in SOPs and system issues
- โAssist first-line specialists in improving service quality
- โProvide feedback on errors to facilitate improvement
- โHelp resolve system problems and obstacles encountered by first-line specialists
- โAssist with handling difficult problems that first-line specialists and SVs cannot resolve
Requirements
- โNative-level Mandarin Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- โKorean ability (TOPIK 5 or above)
- โBasic English communication skills
- โExperience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly adapt
- โMeticulous and strong emergency response capabilities
- โStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
Benefits
- โ Rotating shifts: Morning shift 0700-1600, Evening shift 1400-2300
- โ 8 days off per month, 2 days off per week (either consecutive or split)
- โ Fully remote work, but may be required to work from the office if remote work conditions are not satisfactory
- โ Two weeks of on-site training at the office after reporting for work, followed by remote work (adjustments can be made for those not living in New Taipei or Taipei)
