About the Role
We are looking for an HRBP Specialist to support senior HRBP and collaborate with business leaders to smoothly advance HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- โBusiness Partnership:
- โSupport with organization design, staffing planning, and HR policy preparation
- โPerformance Management:
- โPrepare calibration materials, schedule, and provide support for operation
- โTalent Management:
- โDiscuss succession plans and manage engagement surveys
- โPolicy and Compliance:
- โEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, update information, and coordinate with legal and HR compliance teams when necessary
- โDevelop and manage various HR processes such as attendance, salary, and contract renewal
Requirements
- โ3+ years of experience in HR
- โExperience supporting stakeholders with a data-driven approach
- โKnowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance in Japan
- โNative-level Japanese language proficiency
