The ideal candidate has hands-on experience producing assets for Ads, and familiarity with social media content creation is a strong plus. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and AD teams to deliver high‑quality visuals that elevate brand presence and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Advertising & Creative Production • Design static and animated creatives for Ads across various placements • Optimize and iterate ad creatives based on performance insights • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign strategies 2. Motion Graphics Design • Produce motion graphics for brand videos, social content, and digital campaigns • Create storyboards and execute end-to-end motion design workflows (concept → storyboard → animation) • Deliver visually compelling animations that support branding and storytelling 3. Social Media Content Design • Develop visuals for social posts, short-form video graphics, IG Stories, thumbnails, and more • Help improve overall content consistency, engagement, and visual identity • Experience in social media strategy or channel management is a plus 4. Brand & Marketing Design • Extend and evolve brand visual identity across platforms • Create key visuals for campaigns, events, presentations, and internal/external communications • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Requirements Must-Have Skills • Several years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or multimedia design • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) • Solid motion graphics portfolio • Hands-on experience with Meta/Google ad creative formats and best practices • Ability to manage projects independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Figma or UI/UX tools • Basic video editing, filming, or photography skills • Scriptwriting or creative ideation for social videos • Experience in tech, e‑commerce, agencies, or B2C brands Who You Are • You have excellent visual sensibility and a strong design aesthetic • You are proactive, organized, and collaborative • You stay updated with trends and enjoy experimenting with new creative formats • You think beyond visuals and understand how design impacts brand and marketing performance   Recruitment Process and Others  Recruitment Process • Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer • The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. • Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
