About the Role
We are seeking a Rocket Now Ads Sales Manager to lead the advertising sales organization for Rocket Now, a new food delivery app in Japan. This senior leadership position will drive growth for merchants and advertisers through strategic sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the advertising sales team and manage OKR implementation at both team and individual levels
- →Develop and execute advertising sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- →Analyze advertising performance metrics to track OKR achievement and identify improvement opportunities
- →Coach and develop team members while promoting an OKR-driven culture
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and operations teams
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in advertising sales, B2B sales, account management, or business development
- ✓3+ years of sales team leadership or management experience
- ✓Experience with OKR or similar goal management frameworks
- ✓Proven track record managing complex accounts with major advertisers or strategic partners
- ✓Ability to develop and execute strategies based on data analysis
- ✓Business-level Japanese language proficiency (required)
- ✓Business-level Korean or English proficiency (preferred)
