About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join Coupang, a fast-growing e-commerce company in South Korea. You will analyze millions of data points to provide actionable insights for product managers and leadership, helping create exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to make data-driven decisions
- →Create new customer experience metrics and insights
- →Present data stories to product and business leadership
- →Build analytic products to support data-driven decision making
- →Contribute to developing an analytic culture within the data team
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer engineering, or related field
- ✓Expert SQL knowledge with 7+ years of data analytics experience
- ✓Experience providing actionable recommendations through data analysis
- ✓Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Metabase, or Looker
- ✓Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Presto
