You will own testing strategies, execution, and continuous improvement for features that impact real users at scale, working closely with multiple product and engineering teams.   What You Will Do Test Design & Strategy • Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and case management for large-scale, cross-functional projects. • Define end-to-end test strategies spanning multiple service domains. • Break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion. Test Execution & Automation • Develop and execute automation across mobile, web, and backend platforms. • Own and continuously evolve test automation frameworks and infrastructure. • Design and implement integration test strategies against live or production-like environments. Tooling & Efficiency • Define, optimize, and enforce QA standards and best practices. • Drive bug tracking, metrics visualization, and quality trend analysis. • Lead incident management practices and drive resolution of production issues. • Produce clear, high-quality documentation and runbooks that empower the team. Leadership & Collaboration • • Act as a cultural and professional role model; drive multiple projects or mission-critical components. • Shape team culture and champion continuous improvement. • Mentor team members and support their professional growth. • Coordinate across teams, align stakeholders, and work effectively with cross-functional peers. • Facilitate decision-making, build consensus, and remove roadblocks.   Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on software test automation experience. • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and quality standards. • Proficient in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, Python). • Experience with open-source test automation tools (e.g., PyTest, Appium, Selenium). • Familiarity with distributed service architectures and cross-domain system interactions. • Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable test infrastructure. • Self-driven; able to work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end. • Strong impact beyond individual contribution — driving large projects or critical components. • Proficient in English (written and verbal); effective communicator in a global team setting.   Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce or large-scale online platforms (e.g., search, discovery, cart, checkout, order, payment, fulfillment, logistics). • Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM to testing workflows (e.g., AI-assisted test generation, agentic test planning, intelligent test analysis).   Recruitment Process and Others  Recruitment Process • Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer • The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. • Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
