About the Role
You will be a key point of contact for Coupang Taiwan's recall program, responsible for optimizing processes and managing regulatory compliance. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of recall processes and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Optimize processes to efficiently monitor global recall information and ensure consumer safety
- →Coordinate with stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, PR, Customer Service, and Business Management teams
- →Ensure documentation complies with internal policy requirements and track case progress
- →Ensure compliance with declaration requirements, currently focused on food categories
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 7 years of experience in food or cosmetics regulatory practice
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- ✓Excellent follow-up skills and highly organized in tracking case statuses
- ✓Strong analytical skills to assess case risks and identify key issues
- ✓Demonstrates sound judgment and integrity in handling sensitive information
- ✓Comfortable making logical decisions under limited information
- ✓SQL and Excel Pivot skills are required
