About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join Coupang Taiwan and help lead business expansion. This is a unique opportunity to participate in Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where customers ask themselves how they would live without Coupang.
Key Responsibilities
- โHandle serious complaints submitted by first-line customer service
- โCommunicate across departments and optimize processes
- โAssist users in resolving issues, identify system or SOP deficiencies, and communicate with relevant departments to optimize systems, functions, and internal processes
- โProvide feedback and optimize service quality of first-line staff
- โVerify the work content of first-line specialists and provide timely feedback to improve first-line business efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- โFluent in Mandarin Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing at a native level
- โBasic English ability to handle cross-departmental communication needs
- โAbility to independently and quickly handle problems in high-pressure environments
- โStrong adaptability andๅบๅ่ฝๅ, clear logic, and skilled in handling high-sensitivity or high-emotion cases
- โSkilled in communication and record-keeping, able to convert verbal communication into written data
- โPossess a sense of team responsibility
