Responsibilities
As a Manager, Data Analyst at Coupang Ads, you will be responsible for the following:
โข Provide data analysis and business insights to increase revenue by utilizing data from Coupang Ads
โข Create a data-driven decision-making environment with the insight from various analysis to solve bottleneck on Sales team
โข Define analytical framework, perform various analytics and automate reports for Ads Sales.
Basic Qualifications
โข A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
โข More than 8 years of data analysis and practical experience
โข Skilled in data processing/extraction/analysis/reporting using SQL + (R or Python)
โข Experience in solving problems by establishing and verifying hypotheses using various analytical techniques and deriving logical inferences and insights based on the results
โข Experience in collaborating with various relevant teams and leading projects with data-based communication and proposals based on your own analysis results
โข Ability to guide the direction of team members as a team manager and manage team members so that they can grow
Preferred Qualifications
โข Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power-BI)
โข Experience in business consulting based on data analysis
โข Business English
โข Exposure to ML based modelling techniques nice to have but not essential

If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
