About the Role The Coupang Ads team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to build and deliver a best-in-class user experience for Coupang Advertisers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing user-centered design strategies to help them grow their businesses and drive the best advertiser experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive user experience strategy for various ads products, aligned with the company’s business objectives • Provide strategic design direction for various ads products, meeting the company’s goals and advertiser’s goals • Understand data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions across ads products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best advertiser experience • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to prioritize and implement features that improve user experience and drive business growth • Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferences • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous betterment Key Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in user experience design. • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful user-centered design strategies in an e-commerce or retail environment. • Strong understanding of usability principles, user research methodologies, and data anlysis techniques • Experience of successfully partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Sales to solve business problems and evangelizing user-centered approach • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping softwares.
