About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Courier Health's People team. This role will focus on scaling technical teams by hiring engineering talent and partnering with the CTO and engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, with a heavy emphasis on software engineers
- βPartner with the CTO and engineering leadership to define role requirements and success profiles
- βRun high-quality intakes and build structured interview plans
- βDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top engineering talent
- βBuild and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- βDrive an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and process
- βUse data to manage funnel health and continuously improve hiring motions
- βEvaluate and implement recruiting tools, including AI-powered sourcing
- βCollaborate on employer branding to attract technical talent
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally including technical recruiting
- βAgency background or prior experience in fast-paced startup environments
- βExperience owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
- βPassion for building diverse and inclusive teams
- βScrappy, proactive, and resourceful approach
- βComfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- βStrong communicator who can build trust with candidates and stakeholders
- βData-informed mindset with ability to measure what matters
- βMission-driven, outgoing, and energized by people and problem-solving
- βCurious about or experienced with AI tools for recruiting
