About the Role
As a Software Engineer at CRB, you will join the Innovation team responsible for building digital tools that enhance the design and delivery of world-class AEC projects. You will work in a hybrid development environment using both pro-code and low-code technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain features for firm-wide engineering and architectural automation platforms, web applications, APIs, AI Agents, and add-in tools
- →Collaborate with product owners and end users to clarify requirements, provide estimates, and propose technical solutions
- →Build and maintain new and existing full-stack tools across various tech stacks
- →Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- →Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers
- →Contribute to technical planning and system design discussions
- →Apply modern development best practices including testing, CI/CD, DevOps automation, and version control
- →Demo and present solutions to stakeholders
- →Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflows
Requirements
- ✓2–5 years of experience as a developer
- ✓Comfortable owning features end-to-end
- ✓Ability to contribute to collaborative system design discussions
- ✓Experience with C#, Python, ASP.NET, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to elegant, maintainable solutions
